Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using MedTracker. By downloading or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MedTracker ("the App", "the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Important: MedTracker is a personal organisational tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.

The information you record within MedTracker is for your own personal reference. We accept no liability for any health decisions made based on information stored within the App. In the event of a medical emergency, contact the emergency services immediately.

Subject to these Terms, MedTracker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

MedTracker is available as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. Your purchase entitles you to use the App indefinitely on your device and to receive any free updates released during the supported lifespan of the App.

Purchases made through Google Play Store will be subject to Google's refund policy. We do not process those refunds directly.

All health data you enter is stored locally on your device and encrypted using AES-256-CBC. MedTracker does not collect, transmit, or store your health data on any external server. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy and Data Safety page.

You are responsible for the security of your device. If your device is lost, stolen, or accessed by an unauthorised person, your locally stored data may be at risk. We recommend enabling biometric lock and device screen lock as an additional layer of protection.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MedTracker — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content — are owned by or licensed to MedTracker. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the App other than the limited licence in Section 4.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features. Updates are optional unless required for security purposes. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

Your right to use MedTracker terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. Sections 3, 8, and 9 survive termination.
